I absolutely loved the authentic feel of the small but well-equipped rooms in this hotel, although it got a little cold even with the air con off. Not having a window in my standard room was a bit strange, but I embraced the unique front shop house style they offered. The location was superb, just minutes away from Chinatown and a vibrant food market, giving me a taste of Europe right in the heart of Singapore.
